The apartment is situated on the first floor (no lift) of a mansion block in a nice residential street near all amenities. The studio has double sofa bed plus a fold away bed for a child, dining area, comfortable and pretty furnishings and there is a well equipped kitchen with washer/dryer, fridge/freezer, cooker and microwave. The bathroom is beautifully finished with a very modern white bedroom suite with bath and Victorian mixer shower, wash hand basin and wc. The floor has ceramic tiling and well is partly tiled. There is very good cupboard and storage space.
